A piglet at Todd Geisert’s Washington farm is featured on the cover of May/June 2012 issue of Show Me Missouri Farm Bureau magazine for a story on a Chefs in the Pasture event Geisert held April 2. Chefs, caterers and business owners visited the farm to learn about the Geisert’s nearly century old tradition of raising pork naturally, which includes rotating the pigs from field to field, housing them in A-frame structures and not giving them antibiotics.
