I want to tell you how impressed I have been with your service department. I have been bringing my mowers/power equipment here for 5 years and have always been very happy with the service, cost, and professionalism of your service staff... from Roger on down to the technicians.

Recently, Doug and Mark and Bruce saved me $400.00. A Honda dealer in St. Louis told me my push mower had a blown engine... and that I might as well throw it away and get a new one! I brought it out here and your guys (Doug, Mark, and Bruce) correctly diagnosed a worn belt in the transmission and fixed it within a hour or so. It has run fine since. That correct diagnosis and a $16.00 belt made a big difference that week for me.
