Dr. Jackie Miller
Dr. Jacqueline M. Miller has provided the highest quality orthodontic care since 1993.
In 1991, she graduated "With Distinction" from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School where she received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While completing her doctorate degree in dentistry, she served as president of the dental school student council and was elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Subsequently, Dr. Miller attended the University of Nebraska-Medical Center-College of Dentistry where she received a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master's of Science degree. After completing her specialist training, Dr. Miller returned to her hometown of Washington and began practicing with her father, Dr. Francis Miller.
Dr. Miller is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and the American College of Dentists. She is a member of the Southwest County Dental Society, the Missouri Society of Orthodontists, Midwestern Society of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, and the Washington University Orthodontic Study Club. She currently teaches part-time in the St. Louis University Orthodontic Residency Program.
Dr. Miller is actively involved in her church, Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Washington, Missouri and gives back to the community through the Rotary Club. She actively participates in all Rotary Club activities, and has written several humanitarian grants. She has received the District Service Award for her efforts and was recognized as Rotarian of the Year in 1999.
Dr. Miller is a founding member and vice president of the Washington Overseas Medical and Dental Mission. Since 1992 she has organized dental mission trips to third world countries. She helped establish a daycare and dental clinic in Pimienta, Honduras. Dr. Miller received the Spirit of Mercy Physician Award from St. John's Mercy Hospital in recognition of her many humanitarian activities.
Dr. Miller and her husband, Tim Huber, live in Washington and have five children, Dominic, Samuel, Claire, Luke and Maria.
She enjoys reading, skiing, humanitarian mission trips and spending time with family in her spare time.
