Developer Andy Unerstall has two items on the agenda for Monday night’s Washington planning and zoning meeting.
Unerstall is requesting approval of a preliminary plat and a rezoning for two parcels located in the Front Street Development TIF.
The preliminary plat is for Front Street Development Plat II. The phase is for property at the intersection of Market and Front streets. Unerstall is proposing four townhomes.
The rezoning is for 101 E. Main St. at the northeast intersection of Main and Market streets. The property is currently C-2 general commercial, but Unerstall is seeking C-3 commercial district.
Also on the agenda for Monday’s meeting is the sale of Lot 12 in the Heidmann Industrial Park to Magnet, LLC.
The commission meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the city council chambers.
