Season passes for the Washington Town and Country Fair are on sale now.
The 2013 Fair kicks off Wednesday, Aug. 7, and runs through Sunday, Aug. 11.
Tickets are being delivered this week to more than 30 outlets, according to Amanda Griesheimer, Chamber marketing director and Washington Fair assistant.
“The Fair Queen contestants already have their tickets and we have delivered to some businesses as well,” she said.
Prices are the same as last year. The cost for an adult, ages 16 and older, five-day season pass is $43. Season passes for children, ages 6 to 15, is $30.
Griesheimer said five-day passes will be on sale through Tuesday, Aug. 6.
Tickets also can be purchased at the Fair’s website, www.washmofair.com.

Washington — Bank of Franklin County (two locations), Bank of Washington (four locations), Citizens Bank Bank, Fas-Trip Service Stations (three locations), Hillermann Nursery & Florist, McDonald’s, Mobil Gas Station (by Schnucks), Schroeder Health Mart and the Washington Area Chamber of Commerce office.
Out-of-Town Locations — Bank of Franklin County (Krakow, New Haven), Bank of Sullivan (Union), Bank of Washington (Gray Summit, Villa Ridge), Citizens Bank (New Haven, Pacific), Fas-Trip Service Stations (New Haven, Sullivan, Union), McDonald’s (Pacific, St. Clair, Sullivan, Union), US Bank (St. Clair), and United Bank of Union (Union — two locations).
Daily tickets will be sold at the gate and online as well.
The daily admission charge for Wednesday and Thursday will be $15 for an adult and $10 for a child.
Single-day ticket prices jump for Friday and Saturday by $5 to $25 for adults and $15 for a child.
On Sunday, the final day, the cost for adults will be $20 and $15 for a child.
Children ages 5 and younger will get into the Fair at no cost.
On Wednesday and Thursday, senior citizens ages 60 and older will get in for $10.
Griesheimer said one unopened bottle of water per person will be allowed.
No pets are allowed on the fairgrounds, and eveyone entering the gate must have a ticket valid for the correct day.
Security also will be checking bags upon entry.
