UPDATED: The two men who were injured in the Sunday morning crash at Krakow have been identified.

The Missouri Highway Patrol said the driver, Corey A. McGee, 22, Pacific, was seriously injured, while the passenger, Benjamin A. Jacquin, 22, Washington, sustained moderate injuries when the driver lost control on a curve on Highway YY. 

McGee was ejected when the eastbound car struck a ditch and overturned just east of Cedar Lane.

Jacquin was taken to Mercy Hospital Washington. McGee was flown by air ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.

Two were injured and one was transported by helicopter in a one-car accident that happened Sunday morning, May 19, at about 6:23 a.m. The accident happened on Highway YY near St. Gertrude Church, Krakow. Washington Fire and Ambulance crews worked the scene. Highway YY was closed for a short time.
