The Washington City Council is poised to amend an ordinance for parking restrictions on Cedar Street.

Plans call for no parking on the west side of Cedar Street for 55 feet north of Fifth Street, and 40 feet on the east side. Currently there is no parking 30 feet from Fifth Street.

The council will meet at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Washington City Hall.

Also on the agenda is an ordinance entering into an agreement with Hochschild, Bloom & Company, LLP to conduct the annual city audit.

The council will review an ordinance authorizing a contract with Raineri Construction, LLC for work at the Washington Regional Airport, and an ordinance for a five-year agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc., for a taser cartridge plan.

A resoultion to support a rejuvenation effort of the International Shoe Factory Historic District also is on Monday’s agenda. The city is seeking grant funds from the Missouri State Historic Preservation Office to contract a consultant to continue the re-survey of the district.
