The seventh annual Washington Brewfest will be held this Saturday, Sept. 14, from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Washington Farmers’ Market’s covered pavilion.
Brewfest is being organized by the Washington Jaycees. Bank of Franklin County is sponsoring the event.
Participating breweries include: 2nd Shift Brewing, Kirkwood Station Brewing, Tin Mill Brewery, Augusta Brewing Company, Charleville Brewing Company, Boulevard Brewing Company, Horseshoe Bend Brewing Company, O’Fallon Brewery, Rock Bridge Brewing Company, Cathedral Square Brewery, Schlafly Brewing, Shock Top, Goose Island and Urban Chestnut.
Entertainment will be provided by Clayton Caspari from 4 to 6:30 p.m. and Steve Leslie from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Food and refreshments also will be available.
Insulated Brewfest pint glass koozies also will be available.
All proceeds will benefit the Jaycees all-abilities park currently under construction near Lions Lake.
