Motorists on Highway 100 in Washington should be alert for shifting traffic patterns and stopped or slowed traffic Wednesday, Nov. 20.
Work crews will be switching the highway from two lanes of traffic to five lanes between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., weather permitting, according to a MoDOT spokesperson.
Plans call for keeping one lane of traffic open in both directions through the work.
Drivers should be alert for additional workers, shifting traffic along Route 100 and four-way stops or flaggers at intersections.
Crews will be completing striping and activating new signals, according to MoDOT.
