The city building department issued 20 permits in November, which is on par with the number of permits issued in the same months the previous two years.

In November 2016, 23 permits were issued. In November 2015, 17 permits were issued. The previous year, 2014, 15 permits were issued in November.

The total estimated construction cost for November was $1,334,480.
