Local environmental groups are hosting a free movie screening at the Scenic Regional Library’s Union branch Saturday, Nov. 9.
The event will run from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
The movie will be “Right to Harm,” a film about Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations, commonly knows as CAFOs. The movie is intended to tie in to discussions about proposed changes to the Franklin County zoning regulations.
Following the movie, a discussion will be held with a panel of experts.
