Two men were seriously injured in a three vehicle crash Wednesday night, Jan. 9, in St. Louis County.

Timothy K. Sell, 25, St. Clair, was driving a 2001 Toyota Solara westbound on Interstate 270, near Bermuda Road. The vehicle was stopped on the road after striking a concrete traffic barrier, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol preliminary report.

A 2000 Chrysler Voyage driven by Kendric Donelson, 34, Jennings, struck the rear of the Toyota and passenger Devin M. Goddard, 22, St. Clair, who had gotten out of the vehicle.

A 2015 Nissan Rogue driven by Sharon D. Shelton, 53, St. Louis, struck the rear of the Chrysler at 9:26 p.m.

Goddard was taken to Barnes Jewish Hospital by Northeast Ambulance with serious injuries.

Donelson was taken to DePaul Hospital by Northeast Ambulance with serious injuries.

Passenger Krista L. Golden, 27, Union, and Sell were taken to DePaul Hospital by Abbot EMS with injuries.

The drivers and passengers were wearing seat belts, the patrol said.
