St. Clair firefighters responded to a barn fire Wednesday night, Jan. 17.

Crews were dispatched to the 700 block of Seibert Drive for a report of a barn on fire at approximately 11:56 p.m. When crews arrived on the scene, they found an agricultural barn fully involved in a blaze that had collapsed to the ground, according to Fire Capt. Dan Cooley.

Crews were able to bring the blaze under control within 30 minutes. The cause was deemed accidental. No injuries were reported.

Firefighters left the scene around 1 a.m. and they were assisted by St. Clair Ambulance and Pacific fire crews. Boles and Cedar Hill fire crews moved up to cover St. Clair Fire District stations.
