The St. Clair boil water advisory has been lifted, according to City Administrator Travis Dierker.

In a citywide CodeRed alert, he stated "I am pleased to report that we have reached adequate levels of chlorine in all parts of the system. With this being the case, the city of St. Clair is lifting the boil advisory for all water users."

The CodeRed alert also stated that the final steps of the chlorination process will be completed over the next few weeks. There will still be noticeable in the water such as taste, discoloration and there may be loose sediments, scale, lime or other minerals in the line.
