Pasadena Avenue, especially the north end near the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad tracks and crossing, has undergone plenty of construction in recent weeks as city and other crews have laid new 12-inch water lines underneath the street to supply better water flow to the Clairtown and Meadow Oaks areas of the city. Here, city employees Art Orrell, left, and Chris Campbell work on fastening a corner joint of the new line on Wednesday.
