Update: Both Lanes on Highway 30 at Riverhaven Bluff Drive have been reopened, according to Fire Capt. Dan Cooley.
A Lonedell woman was killed in a car crash Thursday morning, Jan. 24.
Brittany N. Hogan, 29, was driving a 2017 Ford Escape on Highway 30, at Riverhaven Bluff Drive, when the vehicle crossed the center line and struck the rear of a 2000 International Harvester, driven by Timothy C. Marrill, 52, Salem, at 9:17 a.m., according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol preliminary report.
Hogan was pronounced dead at the scene by Franklin County Medical Examiner Amy Buettner at 9:24 a.m.
St. Clair Fire Capt. Dan Cooley said the 2000 International Harvester was towing half of a double wide mobile home.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts, the patrol said.
That portion of Highway 30 was closed in both directions, according to Cooley.
