A Grubville man was injured in a car crash Monday, Sept. 3.

Joshua G. Cline, 26, was driving a 2001 Chrysler Sebring on Diamond School Road when he failed to stop at a stop sign, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol preliminary report.

The vehicle traveled off the road and struck a tree at 9:15 p.m. Cline was taken to Mercy Hospital Washington with injuries by St. Clair EMS.

He was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.
