The Pacific Lions Club will hold its 66th annual Pancake Breakfast Sunday, Feb. 25.

The event will be held at the Tri-County Senior Center, 800 W. Union.

Service will begin as 7:30 a.m. and continue until noon. The cost for the all-you-can-eat breakfast is $8 for adults and $4 for children.

Proceeds for the event will benefit Lions Club charities, including local eyesight projects.

The Pacific Lions was founded in 1931. Early civic projects included providing assistance to out-of-work Depression-era families.

The group’s top charity is providing eyeglasses and eye care for anyone in need of assistance.

In recent years the Lions Club also has provided assistance to families affected by the 2016 and 2017 floods.

The pancake breakfast has been a traditional fundraiser for the club.
