Two preliminary plats will be up for review at the next Franklin County Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

The plats are the only thing on the agenda for the meeting. The plan board is scheduled to meet Tuesday, June 20, at 7 p.m. at the county government center in Union.

The first plat up for review is from Carla Theissen. The property is located at 201/209 Decker Road in Labadie. The site is approximately 3 acres in the community development zoning district.

On the application, Theissen states the 3 acres will be subdivided into three 1-acre lots. The plat was on the commission’s agenda in May, but was tabled at the request of the applicant.

The other plat is for Ryan’s Real Estate, in care of Cameron Lueken. The property is located on Country Club Drive, just southeast of Highway A near Krakow.

The plat is for Heritage Manor. The 68.4-acre site is located in the community development zoning district.

The application calls for a subdivision of approximately 10 acres of the parcel with a zero lot line development and 48 proposed dwellings.

Both requests will be reviewed by the plan board. The board can make suggestions for changes, but the planning director, Scottie Eagan, has the final say on plats.
