The Franklin County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Tuesday, Jan. 15, at 7 p.m.
A conditional use permit for Lost Hill Lake Events, near St. Clair, is on Tuesday’s agenda. The owner, Samantha Williford, is seeking to host large festivals, concerts and camping on the property.
Williford would like to host 12 special events per year between May through October with events being held Thursday through Sunday.
Some events would include activities such as camping, music, yoga and others that would be family- and children-friendly.
She also would like to have six large festivals a year with 500 to 4,000 people in attendance, and six small concerts per year with up to 499 people in attendance.
Williford was absent at the December meeting so the commission tabled the request until the Jan. 15 meeting.
The commission also will review a final plan for a planned unit development for applicant Villa Ridge Investments, LLC. The planned unit development includes 35 single-family detached villas and four attached villas on property located on Osage Villa Court, about 300 feet north of Highway AT.
The PUD is in a commercial activity C-3 business zoning district.
Also on the agenda are proposed amendments to Article 10: Supplementary Use Regulations. A copy of the proposed amendments can be acquired through the planning and zoning department.
