Angie Scheer has been named the new manager at Boeuf and Berger Mutual Insurance Company, New Haven, after previous manager, Jo Ann Kuschel, retired.
Kuschel held the manager position for 45 years. She retired at the end of 2018.
“Jo Ann has given her all to Boeuf and Berger over the years and has left it on sound footing for many years to come,” said Kenneth Bolte, president. “We wish her the best as she transitions to a new chapter in her life.”
Scheer grew up in New Haven where she lives currently with her husband Jim.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has worked in the banking industry for the past 13 years.
Scheer is currently serving as branch manager and vice president of branch operations at Bank of Franklin County in New Haven.
In the insurance industry, she has worked as a claims specialist for Farmers Insurance Company and as a senior claims service assistant with State Farm Insurance.
“Angie has been very active in our local community and has the energy to get things done,” Bolte said. “We are excited to select Angie Scheer to direct our team at Boeuf and Berger Mutual.”
