A man has been charged with intentionally striking his pregnant girlfriend with a speeding car while she stood outside a Sullivan motel Monday night.
Tori Fangers was outside the Super 8 Motel when she was hit by the vehicle and thrown into the air and over the top of the car driven by David L. Bullock, 21, Sullivan, according to Sullivan police.
Fangers, who is four months pregnant, landed on the pavement. The incident occurred about 10 p.m.
Bullock is charged in Franklin County Associate Circuit Court with first-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action. Prosecutors requested a $50,000 bond.
