A 19-year-old Catawissa man is accused of breaking into a home while the resident was asleep inside.

Dakoda M. Treon, 19, was charged in Franklin County Associate Circuit Court with second-degree burglary and stealing, both felonies.

According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to Wesley Avenue in Catawissa for a report of a burglary.

Authorities allege Treon went into the home while the resident was sleeping. The resident then confronted Treon in the basement of the home. The resident went back upstairs to call 911.
