A St. Clair man has been charged for allegedly striking his brother with brass knuckles and a cane during a fistfight Monday, Feb. 13.

Bobby J. Fenner, 50, was charged Tuesday in Franklin County Associate Circuit Court with felonies of unlawful possession of a weapon, second-degree domestic assault and third-degree domestic assault. Prosecutors requested a $15,000 bond.
