A man who was issued multiple citations for erecting a gate across a dedicated city street last fall pleaded guilty recently to two counts of violating city codes.

Charles Schroepfer, who lives off East Rose Lane, paid a $500 fine and court costs on one count and was given a suspended imposition of sentence and placed on two years’ probation on the second count, according to court records. All other counts were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
