Jay Nixon has requested a declaration from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) that would clear the way for financial assistance to impacted residents and businesses in Jefferson County and five contiguous counties: Franklin, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, St. Louis and Washington.
