The Franklin County Planning and Zoning board will meet Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 7 p.m. at the Franklin County Government Center in Union.

Items on the agenda include possible approval of a conditional use permit for Chene Creek Development to build a reception hall at the property located at 1168 Highway 100 in Boles Township.

Also on the agenda is a request by the board to revoke a CUP issued to Don King for the storage of commercial materials and equipment on about two acres at 150 Whispering Pines Drive in Central Township.

The planning board alleges King has not complied with the CUP, which required him to build a sight-proof fence around the perimeter of the property.

King was issued the CUP in 2011, and has been given several extensions to comply.
