Charged With Setting Fire to Port-A-Potty
A suspect accused of setting fire to a port-a-potty in Phoenix Park last fall is charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes, authorities said.
Tyler M. Molitor, 17, Washington, is charged with one felony count of knowingly burning or exploding and one misdemeanor count of second-degree property damage. His bond was set at $7,500 in the case.
According to Washington police, Molitor allegedly set the fire that destroyed the port-a-potty in Phoenix Park and also allegedly set a fire in a trash can at Lions Lake. The incidents occurred Oct. 17 and Oct. 19, 2012, according to reports.
