Skate Park Construction Ahead Of Contract Schedule
Washington Skate Park Layout
American Ramp Company, doing business as Hardcore Shotcrete Skateparks, is nearing the halfway point of completion on the Washington skate park. Hardcore also designed the skating area. It is expected to include two half pipes with a center spine, stairsets, a pyramid with a flat top, a euro gap, a planter gap and several grid rails. The park is designed for skateboarding and in-line skating.
Reinforcing Rails
Work on the Washington Skate Park began the last week of November. The city is working with Hardcore Shotcrete Skateparks, an part of the American Ramp Company, for park construction. Monday, Jan. 4, one worker was busy securing rails with rebar set in concrete.
