Council Okays Liquor License Renewals

The Washington City Council last Monday approved the renewal of liquor licenses for several businesses and organizations.

Daily and Sunday sale by drink with right of sale in package at retail:

Los Cabos, Melissa Meza, 1451 High St., Suite 111-113; Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill, Lorene Samson, 1960 Washington Crossing;

Daily and Sunday sale in excess of 5 percent in original package at retail, not on premises:

Wal-Mart SuperCenter No. 172, Lorene Samson, 1701 A Roy Drive; Murphy USA No. 7416, Lorene Samson, 1645 A Roy Drive;

Daily sale by drink with right of sale in package at retail:

The Sand Bar, Michael Turner, 601 W. Fifth St.; Dollar General No. 1251, Robbin Griffith, 1059 Washington Square; Dollar General No. 10885, Robbin Griffith, 583 E. Fifth St.; Veterans of Foreign Wars, Harold Brinker, 813 S. Jefferson St.; American Legion Post No. 2183, Robert Kloeppel, 1007 E. Third St.;

Daily and Sunday sale by drink with right of sale in package at retail:

Colton’s Steak House & Grill, Robbin Griffith, 1635 A Roy Drive;

Daily and Sunday sale of intoxicating liquor in excess of 5 percent in original package at retail: West End Station, Marvin Door, 1400 W. Fifth St.
