Man Given 20-Year State Sentence in Meth Case

A Franklin County man who was tried and convicted last fall in a Montgomery County drug case was sentenced Monday to serve a 20-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Chris E. Reed, 43, formerly of Washington and Union, was sentenced as a prior and persistent offender by Circuit Judge Wesley Dalton who gave him credit for time already served.
