Union Woman Seriously Hurt in Crash
A Union woman was seriously hurt Tuesday, Jan. 1, when the car she was driving left the road and overturned.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol preliminary report, Kaitlin Tetidrick, 18, was driving a 1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo northbound on Highway 47 south of Yellow Dog Road at 2:35 p.m. when the car left the road at a curve, struck a fence and overturned.
Tetidrick was taken to Mercy Hospital Washington by St. Clair ambulance. She was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.
