Police Arrest Man In Credit Card Theft
A man was arrested after he allegedly broke into a car parked at a Union business and used stolen credit cards to make purchases.
Union police said the victim’s vehicle had been broken into at Great 8 Cinema on Friday, Dec. 21.
The stolen credit cards were used in Washington, Eureka, and Pacific that same night.
A suspect was identified from video of the purchases made, Union police said.
The suspect was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 26, and he admitted to the theft and the use of the credit cards.
His name has not been released pending charges, police said.
