A 28-year-old Pacific man was tasered early Sunday after he injured three Union police officers while resisting arrest.
Bryan S. Keller is charged in Franklin County Associate Circuit Court with two counts of assaulting a police officer and one county of resisting arrest.
Union police responded to a Brown Street home at 12:59 a.m. for a man who was trespassing at the residence.
Keller was arrested, but then allegedly became combative and pushed an officer into a wall, and then charged a second officer and pushed him into a wall, Union police said.
There were two large holes where the second officer was pushed into the wall, according to police reports.
Keller then landed on the officer who tasered the suspect below the rib cage.
Police said Keller was taken into custody.
Two of the officers sustained back, leg and other injuries, and the other had a back injury and was cut, police said.
