21 Design Group, Engineering and Surveying announced the addition of Jill Straatmann to its team.
The Washington-based firm said Straatmann brings knowledge and work experience from her 11 years with the city of Washington’s planning and engineering service’s department/building code enforcement.
With the city of Washington, she managed permits, handled regulations, and worked with historical preservation. She also was tasked with providing customer service with members of the community.
Straatmann is a member of the Washington Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge No. 1559. She is a past president (PER), trustee, lodge director and Americanism chairman.
Additionally she is a member of the Washington Odd Fellows Pacific Lodge No. 86 where she is treasurer, and the Franklin County Cemetery Society where she is a secretary.
She is a Franklin County Master Gardener and a member of the Washington Historical Society and Washington in Bloom.
