Mercy Hospital Washington has announced the appointment of four new hospital directors.

Michelle Kasmann has been named director, human resources for Mercy Hospital Washington and Mercy Clinic Four Rivers.

Kasmann has been with Mercy for nearly 10 years, most recently as the senior human resources manager.

Jon Sullivan has been named director, ancillary services for Mercy Hospital Washington.

Since 2014, Sullivan has led the nuclear medicine and noninvasive cardiology testing areas, and more recently the cardiac catheterization lab.

In his new role, he will have responsibility for overseeing several other hospital-based ancillary departments, including imaging, infusion therapies, laboratory, PT & OT therapies and respiratory therapies.

Bill Hellebusch has been named director, support services for Mercy Hospital Washington.

Since December 2015, Hellebusch has been the business support manager for the hospital-based Pain Management Clinic, as well as the hospitalists team and the patient relations team.

In his new role, Hellebusch will retain patient relations responsibilities and will also have responsibility for leading environmental services, nutrition services and plant operations.

Rebecca Clark, RN, BSN, has been named director, perioperative services for Mercy Hospital Washington.

Clark brings to the position a variety of leadership experiences, most recently with SSM Healthcare as an interventional radiology and imaging leader. She oversaw nursing practices in all of SSM’s interventional radiology labs in the greater St. Louis area.

Prior to that, Clark held leadership positions in surgical areas at Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Des Peres Hospital and St. Anthony’s Medical Center.

Mercy Hospital Washington, a member of Mercy, is a 148-bed hospital serving all or parts of Crawford, Franklin, Gasconade, St. Charles, St. Louis and Warren counties.

The hospital offers comprehensive emergency, heart, cancer, surgical, obstetric, pediatric and other health services.
