Fricks Market has expanded its online shopping service in Union and Sullivan.
Customers can now have all of their groceries picked by an expert Fricks personal shopper and have their groceries ready for in-store pickup or home delivery.
After introducing online shopping nearly a year ago, Fricks Market has been updating and adapting online ordering to best serve customers and their needs.
One of the recent changes is expanding pickup hours to 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in addition to the 3 to 7 p.m. delivery hours.
Another change made was lowering the minimum order to $35 to accommodate those with smaller households who still want to use the service.
The lead times on orders also has decreased to three hours so an order can be placed at lunch and ready to pick up or have delivered after work.
“We are excited to offer this great service to our customers,” said Jennifer Newbanks, co-owner of Fricks Market. “The biggest benefit of Fricks Anywhere is saving time for our customers. Hours can be freed up so our customers can spend quality time with their family.”
Fricks Anywhere Powered by Rosie allows customers to grocery shop from their desktop or mobile device while at home with their family and friends or while on the go.
Once a customer has completed their grocery order, they can select in-store pickup for just $4.99 or home delivery, within delivery ZIP codes, starting at $7.99.
Rosie, the leading eCommerce provider for independent grocers, works with retailers to strengthen customer loyalty for existing and new customers.
“Rosie is excited to partner with Fricks Market to bring online grocery shopping to the Union and Sullivan,” said Nick Nickitas, Rosie CEO.
“Rosie provides a dedicated customer support team to quickly resolve customer concerns and all personal shoppers are trained to select the highest quality products. The emphasis Fricks Market and Rosie put on customer satisfaction will make this a successful partnership.”
