Six Flags St. Louis to Host Job Fairs
Six Flags St. Louis is once again looking for applicants to fill some 2,500 positions for its 2013 season which kicks off Friday, March 29.
The theme park offers competitive wages, flexible schedules, great benefits and a wide variety of jobs.
Six Flags is hosting VIP Job Fairs at the theme park Saturdays, Feb. 2 and 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the human resources office.
In addition to the Job Fairs, Six Flags representatives will visit select schools throughout the winter to offer information on summer employment opportunities. The park began receiving applications in early December indicating that there are many people already looking for spring and summer employment.
The park offers positions ranging from entry level to seasonal management. While two of the most common areas associated with working at Six Flags are in ride operations or in the food service department, there are a variety of jobs available to suit job seekers of all ages and walks of life.
Some of the many jobs available at Six Flags include lifeguards, cashiers, landscapers, front gate ticket takers, medical services personnel, security officers, marketing/sales internships, finance and retail positions.
In addition to competitive wages, Six Flags offers many benefits including unlimited admission for employees and free passes for family and friends, scholarship opportunities and more. The theme park also offers flexible scheduling, great for students, teachers, retirees or anyone looking for a second job or a job that allows them to work around a busy personal schedule.
Become a VIP and get fast-tracked in the process by applying online at www.sixflagsjobs.com before the job fair or call the human resources office at 636-938-5300, extension 313, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for more information on employment opportunities or if a school would like to set up a day for Six Flags to visit.
