Citizens Bank Board Directors and Senior Management recently announced the addition of two new employees.

Elizabeth Wagner, Marthasville, will serve as a loan compliance officer and Amanda Scheer, Washington, will serve as an internal auditor/credit review analyst.

Wagner has several years of experience in the mortgage industry. She most recently served as the mortgage and loan closing manager for Nationstar Mortgage, St. Louis, where she managed and supervised 15 employees.

She also has served as a compliance specialist/quality control auditor for USA Mortgage, a mortgage loan processor for First Community Credit Union and State Farm Bank.

Wagner is a graduate of Bishop DuBourg High School. She attained a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting from ITT Technical Institute in Arnold. She recently completed a week-long compliance training course through the Independent Community Bankers Association in Kansas City.


Amanda Scheer previously worked at RGA Reinsurance Company, Chesterfield, where she served as a tax analyst. Prior to that, she served as a senior tax accountantfor Ernst & Young, LLP, St. Louis.

Scheer is a Washington High School graduate. She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she earned a Bachelors and Masters degree in accounting.

She also is a Certified Public Accountant.

Scheer and her husband Jacob have one daughter, Morgan.
