The building housing Living Bread Church, Washington, is for sale, according to Brian Bohrer, church pastor.

Bohrer said the primary motivation for selling the building, located at 6906 Highway 100, to relocate closer to the center of town.

“We wanted to see if we could reposition the church in the growth pattern of the community,” Bohrer said.

Services are still being held at the church as scheduled.

Ideally, Bohrer said the church building would sell and the ministry would move into a temporary location until a new building can be constructed.

“That is our goal,” he said. “It’s a step of faith.”

Land where a new church could be built has been located, Bohrer said. However, he didn’t want to reveal the location since it has not been purchased.

The church’s current 27,400-square-foot building is on the market for $2.2 million. It is listed by Ralph Gildehaus of RE/MAX Today.
