Longmeadow Rescue Ranch in Union will hold a Fall Fling Saturday, Oct. 14, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission cost is per car.

Visitors will get an up-close look at successfully rescued and rehabilitated horses now living at Longmeadow and hear about their miraculous journey from abuse and neglect to adoption.

The event also will feature adoptable horses and farm animals, the world-famous Barn Buddies, demonstrations by local trainers using Longmeadow horses, wagon ride tours of the 165-acre facility, equine-related vendors, a children’s area, silent auction and fun events for the whole family!

All proceeds benefit the Safe Stay Fund at Longmeadow Rescue Ranch, which provides repair and maintenance of the ranch’s fences, barns and other facilities to keep everyone at Longmeadow safe and sound.
