Everyone’s favorite plucky, irresistible orphan will be back on The Muny stage next week when “Annie” opens Wednesday, July 18, for eight shows.
Based on the popular 1920s Harold Gray comic strip, “Little Orphan Annie,” “Annie” is considered one of the most acclaimed musicals of all time. This seven-time Tony Award-winning family favorite features unforgettable hits like “It’s the Hard Knock Life,” “Easy Street” and the iconic Broadway standard “Tomorrow.”
You can bet your bottom dollar this is one beloved, multigenerational Muny favorite guaranteed to entertain the entire family.

The remaining shows in The Muny’s 2018 centennial season are “Gypsy” (July 27-Aug. 2) and “Meet Me In St. Louis” (Aug. 4-12).
Already this season, Muny fans have seen productions of Jerome Robbins’ “Broadway,” “The Wiz,” and “Singin’ in the Rain.” “Jersey Boys” is currently on stage with nightly performances through Monday, July 16.
