Muny Season Tickets Go on Sale This Saturday

Season tickets for The Muny’s 95th spectacular 2013 season will go on sale this Saturday, March 9, at 9 a.m.

With the new fan and blower project under way, this season is expected be much more comfortable for Muny season ticket holders.

“We can leave the fans on throughout the show now, and that’s a game changer,” said Denny Reagan, president and CEO of The Muny.

“All sound tests have been completed, and the results are positive.”

The seven-show lineup is:

Monty Python’s “Spamalot,” June 17-23;

Dreamworks’ “Shrek, the Musical,” June 24-30;

“Nunsense Muny Style!” July 1-7;

“South Pacific,” July 8-14;

“Les Misérables,” July 15-21;

Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s “Mary Poppins” July 25-Aug.2; and

“West Side Story,” Aug. 5-11.

Season ticket buyers will enjoy reserved seats for “Mary Poppins” from July 25-31. Additional performances (Aug. 1 and 2) are nonsubscribed and offer exceptional seating opportunities for groups.
