Andrea Renae Carey, Lyon, and Jason Mitchell Gildehaus, Beaufort, were united in marriage Oct. 22, 2011, at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, Washington. The Rev. Dr. Paul Koch officiated at the ceremony.
Bride’s parents are Michael and MaryAnn Carey, Lyon. Groom’s parents are Mitchell and Lucy Gildehaus, Washington.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Serving as maid of honor was Alysia Carey, bride’s sister, Columbia. Bridesmaids were Courtney Wehmeyer, bride’s cousin, Washington, Jessica Pugh, St. Louis, Jamie Luelf, Washington, and Jaime Warrington, Fayetteville, Ark.
Best man was Anthony Carey, bride’s brother, Gerald. Groomsmen were Garrett Gratza, Marthasville, Josh Gildehaus, groom’s brother, Washington, Ben Boercker, Osage Beach, and Tyler Stumpe, Spring Bluff.
Ushers were Jeff Riegel, Washington, and Mike Brinker, groom’s cousin, Marthasville.
A reception was held at St. Gertrude’s Parish Center.
The bride is a graduate of Washington High School and earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is employed by The TherapySource. The groom is a graduate of Washington High School. He is employed by Sieve Contracting and hth Companies.
For a wedding trip, the couple is planning an Alaskan cruise in May 2012.
The couple reside in Beaufort.
