Tyler 50th Wedding Anniversary

Eugene and Sylvia Tyler, Union, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, June 2, 2012, with a dinner and dance at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Union and vow renewal ceremony at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union officiated by Monsignor Mitas.

Mr. Tyler and the former Miss Elbert were united in marriage June 2, 1962, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Washington. Father Jack officiated at the ceremony.

The Tylers’ children are the late Jim Tyler and his wife Kim, Lake of the Ozarks; Dave Tyler and wife Lora, Union; Julie Sexton and husband Rich, Orlando, Fla.; and Lee Tyler and wife Linde, Washington.

Their grandchildren are Alex Tyler, Tyler Chapman, Sarah Chapman, Meghan Sexton, Brett Sexton, Lauren Tyler, Morgan Tyler, Trevor Voss and Jack Tyler
