Moritz 50th Wedding Anniversary

Norvin “Shorty” and Carol Moritz, Washington, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary July 15, 2012, with a dinner at The Hawthorne Inn, Labadie.

Mr. Moritz and the former Miss Erdmann were united in marriage July 14, 1962, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Washington. The Rev. Cuthbert Pauluhn and the Rev. Daniel Oberdick officiated at the ceremony.

The couple’s children are Lisa and Andy Beckerman and Kyle Moritz and special friend, Lori Leesman. They have two grandchildren, Rachael and Andrew Beckerman.
