Sarah Michelle Wood and Michael Joseph Huelsing, both of St. Louis, were united in marriage Dec. 10, 2011, at St. Francis Borgia Church, Washington. Monsignor Jack Costello officiated at the ceremony.

Bride’s parents are Jonathan and Mary Ann Wood, Washington. Groom’s parents are Tom and Jean Huelsing, Imperial.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Serving as maid of honor was Michelle Wood, Washington. Bridesmaids were Sarah Pelster, Orlando, Fla.; Emma Williams, St. Louis; Laura Keck, Linn; Bridget Pelster and Marcie Huelsing, both of St. Louis.

Best man was Alex Bias, St. Louis. Groomsmen were Tim Kinerk, Union; John Hussman, Byrnes Mill; Doug Laramie, Robards, Ky.; Kevin Curran and Matt Ortinau, both of St. Louis.

Ushers were Nick Dryer, Chicago, Ill.; Adam Wood and Matt Wood, both of Labadie.

A reception was held at the Elks Lodge.

The bride is a graduate of St. Francis Borgia Regional High School and of Truman State University. She is employed as a CPA.

The groom is a graduate of Saint Louis University High School and of Saint Louis College of Pharmacy. He is employed as a pharmacist.

The couple enjoyed a wedding trip to the Dominican Republic.
