Julia Mueller, Marthasville, and Elias McDonald, Etlah, were united in marriage June 2, 2012, at Assumption Church, New Haven. Father Deken officiated at the ceremony.

Bride’s parents are Allen and Celeste Mueller, Marthasville. Groom’s parents are Mike and Donna McDonald, Etlah.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Serving as maid of honor was Kayla Long, Mexico, Mo. Bridesmaids were Shantelle O’Fallon, Union, Emily McDonald, Etlah, Michelle Brinkmann, Union, and Elise McDonald, Berger.

Best man was Steve Brinker, Union. Groomsmen were Kody Meyer, Mike Arnold, Adam Hagedorn, all of New Haven, and Aaron Mueller, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

Flower girl was Rachel DeVore, Union. Ring bearer was Jackson Chasteen, New Haven.

Candlelighters were Caitlin Graham, Mexico, Mo., and Tricia Lehr, Union.

Ushers were Greg Schmittel, Warrenton, and Eric Glosemeyer, Marthasville.

A reception was held at the Elks Hall, Washington.

The bride is a graduate of Washington High and the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is employed as a teacher.

The groom is a graduate of St. Francis Borgia Regional High School and the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is employed as a historian.

After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple reside in Marthasville.
