Collin and Chelsie (Fehrmann) Fischer, Edwardsville, Ill., announce the birth of a daughter, Arlyn Rose Fischer. Born March 29, 2012, at 4:16 a.m. at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Ill., she weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 18 1/2 inches long.

Arlyn joins Rowan, 2.

Grandparents are Dr. Dale and Micki Fischer, Lebanon, Ill., Elaine Fehrmann and Dennis Winkeler, Breese, Ill., and Kevin and Karen Fehrmann, Camdenton. Great-grandparents are James and Ida McDonald, Washington, Shirley and the late Al Fischer, Washington, R. Joe and Barb Richter, Breese, Ill., Auggie and Grace Fehrmann, Damiansville, Ill., Beverly and Ken Hickey, Citrus Springs, Fla., and Virginia and the late John Winkeler, Beckemeyer, Ill.
