Thomas-Borgmann Engagement

Ann Thomas-Smith, Wentzville, and Mark Thomas, Tiffin, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Ann Thomas, Washington, to Timothy John Borgmann, Washington, son of John and Gwen Borgmann, Washington.

Sarah graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in business management. She is employed as a retail store manager.

Timothy graduated from East Central College with a degree in fire technology. He is employed as an engineer/firefighter/EMT.

The couple plan an Oct. 13, 2012, wedding at Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church, Washington.
